Welcome to my world where I journey alongside women as they navigate change, awakening, transformation, transition, reclamation and redesign.
I am recovering from burnout, people pleasing, over-functioning and the imposter syndrome and I love to share what I've learned so far in hopes it will help other women on their transformation journey.
I empower women to trust their journey, create a life by design, tap into their intuitive powers, cultivate inner peace and to love and accept themselves unconditionally.

Over the past 25 years, I have trained in various healing modalities including Reiki and other Energy Healing, Reflexology, Massage and other Bodywork, Aromatherapy, Clutter Clearing and Intuitive Coaching.
