Woman-In-Progress

Who is she?

She is more curious and less serious and actively releasing why she became so serious.

She is aware and knows that awareness is the first step to healing and transformation.

She understands that being vulnerable is 100% a strength.

She prides herself on being a lifelong learner- always gaining more wisdom every step of the way.

She is learning to release debilitating perfectionism, comparison and self judgement.

She is practicing allowing her heart, soul and intuition to take the lead in her life.

She knows that needing to have it all “figured” out is a myth.

She is overcoming the need to justify her existence.

She wants to stop being a fixer, people pleaser and “over functioner”.

She likes the sound of the statement- “you are not responsible for the happiness and wellbeing of everyone else”. In fact, her shoulders start to dance at the thought of it.

She is healing the parts of her that say she is not enough, not worthy and undeserving.

She knows the only thing constant in life is change and…the moon 😉

She is a lifelong learner that accepts she is evolving, transforming, healing, becoming, remembering who she really is on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis at the speed of life.

She quietly and intentionally challenges the societally accepted stereotypes of women.

She is looking for another way...a better way for her to live and BE with her nervous system in mind.

She is starting to adopt a vocabulary that feels good in the mind body and soul.

She works from the inside out (most of the time).

While releasing (perceived) control and surrendering to what is she is cultivating personal power and a sense of agency.

She is reclaiming and redefining on all levels.

She is following her calling even when it’s not making logical or economical sense but it’s feeling ‘right” in her body & soul and her intuition is telling her to keep going in that direction.

She is accepting all parts of herself with radical acceptance. All parts – both the beautiful and the unsavory parts.

She is becoming aware that she “needs” all parts of herself to feel whole and live an authentic, peaceful and fulfilled life.

She is feeling more and more comfortable knowing she is a spiritual being having a human experience. And that humans have the amazing capacity to feel a wide range of necessary emotions- they are all meant for her highest good.

She also knows that living in one emotion/state dominantly is not aligned or helpful.

She is letting go and embracing at the same time.

She is accepting the light and the dark and learning to balance them within her and around her.

She accepts that with contrast comes clarity and “tower moments” are moments of opportunity.

She strives to flourish and thrive authentically in each stage, cycle and season of her life.

She is learning that there is no searching for anything- she is living her purpose at each moment and as she transforms and evolves so does her purpose and mission.

She is calling out and defying ageism.

The words equanimity equilibrium, homeostasis, hygge, peace, balance sound intriguing and delightful

She recognizes and accepts that being a work in progress is absolutely ok!

She is learning to trust the journey she is on.
